1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Bamboo toothbrushes (if packaging is opened)
Personal care items
Custom or special orders
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@ecosundar.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Ship the product back to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference and product availability.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
